G. Family Plan of Care

The purpose of this paper exit be to present a family focused plan of c ar for the G. family. The c ar plan entrust consist of assessment of family structure, function, environmental characteristics, and pagan assessment. Assessment of widely distributed self-c be requisites, developmental self-care-requisites, and health exit self-care requisites will also be presented. 3 prioritized nursing diagnoses with goals and interventions will be completed. The family consists of M.G. who is a 36 year old, married, Hispanic male, whose ghostly orientation is Catholic. He has a college education, speaks English, and had been an airline pilot for the ultimo 15 years. He has a hobby of baking and enjoys dancing. A.G. is a 32 year-old, Caucasian female, the married woman of M.G., and has no apparitional orientation. She has a college education, speaks English, and has been a middle-school counselor for the past 11 years. She likes to drink in and enjoys dancing. J.G. is an 8 y ear-old Caucasian female, the daughter of A.G., step-daughter of M.G., half-sister of C.G., and has no religious orientation. She is in the third grade and speaks English. She enjoys reading, computer activities, and contend with her dolls. C.G. is a 4 year-old, Caucasian female, the daughter of M.G. and A.G., half-sister of J.G., and has no religious orientation. She is not in school yet and speaks English.

She enjoys watching television, vie with her sister and playing with her toys. M.G. considers him to be healthy and discloses no spry health goals.
